4 Month Old Blog, Getting 1-2 Organic Hits a Day

Hi all,

I'm going to try to keep this as short as I can. I have a blog geared towards newer real estate agents and those looking to buy or sell real estate. It's about 4 months old, but between months 1 and 2 I pulled offline for about 25 days, so it's only been up for the past 2 months consecutively.

I have 31 posts (maybe 50,000 words total), of which about 25 are made with SEO in mind. Followed YEOST to a T, very well-written content, etc. The blog aesthetically looks good, wordpress, WP Rocket, quick Load times, etc.

Perhaps where I am struggling the most is linkbacks. Right now I only have a couple of legit ones (40+ DA), with a few more coming in the next couple of weeks. The problem is, I cannot figure out a way for the life of me to get more linkbacks. At best, I figure I can add 1ish a week, so even a year from now i'll only be at like 50-100. I'm using HARO, and while it's not that tough, it does take a decent amount of effort.

When I publish a new post, I usually rank for a few days, and then fall off. I'm at roughly 100 impressions a day on GSC, but only 1-2 clicks. Most of the posts are not high competition, and many are pretty high traffic. So the numbers don't quite add up.

So, i'm looking for honest advice. I'm a real estate agent and created this site to give back free advice, but don't want to commit years to it only to get a few views a day.

Happy to share the link to anyone if they want to DM me.

Appreciate any suggestions/guidance/help in advance.
