Best practice for SEO titles? [Updated]

Hey, about to rewrite my titles, I was wondering if you had great tips for better CTR in Google results.

The "[Updated]" or "(2021)" or emoji is what I've seen most advised, I was wondering if you had any resource, tip or trick. Anything else worth pointing out?
