How to track SEO rankings?

Hi everyone,

The question is pretty much the post title. I have been using Ahrefs for roughly 6 months, and whilst I really like their competitor research, backlink checker, and keyword research tool. I have found that their keyword rankings are not entirely accurate and that the impressions (search console) and analytics tell a better story.

Are there other good/more accurate SEO tools? Or even better, a free alternative that can track SERP rankings?
