One Year ago my site got hit by a Japanese link hack and the hacker created thousands of link pages on the root domain. After removal of the link and changing the entire site structure. any new post or page content is not getting index. Basically google crawl is using most of its budget on "crawl anomaly " and other 404 content. is there any way I can remove those 404 and crawl anomaly and allocate those budgets to the actual site and blog posts?
