I'am currently working on a universal parcel tracking website.
For every carrier we support we have a dedicated site where the user can track his parcel. Additionally to the tracking functionality we answer the most common questions regarding the carrier and the tracking information they provide.
We try to answer questions like:
- Does usps deliver on saturdays?
- Why does my usps tracking information not update?
We already have this content on the page and I was thinking about adding the FAQ Section as structured jsonLD data to the page.
However we have about 600 carriers and I'am not quite sure on the impact this would have on our ranking if we add the structured data to every page.
Is this something we should do? Or is the FAQ section more of a one of thing for like ecommerce stores?
