A few specific beginner questions about page title and meta description

1) Is it correct that my main key words should be found in both my home page title as well as description?

i.e.

Best Widgets for Cleaning Your Stove

We offer the Best Widgets for Cleaning Your Stove - Save Money and Make the Job Easier

2) Sentence Case or Title Case should be used on the title. Should it also be used on the Meta Description?

3)) Should the Keywords from the home page/your site in general - be used on each sub page's title and meta description? Or can you focus on just what that pages is (services, pricing, about us etc). Also, same question about the Meta Description containing whatever is in the title for each sub page

4) Should your company name be repeated in each page title, or is the keywords more important? Right now I have each sub page saying "Services - ABC Company" etc
