Client registered same domain under different directories

Hey all. SEO is really not my strong suit and I was hoping y'all could help me out real quick.

This morning my developer showed me that the client has a bunch of different registered domains for the same site.

• website.us
• website.org
• website.biz
• website.info

And other variants.

Is this as simple as redirecting those domains to the correct one?

Appreciate any help you guys can provide!
