GA and GTM tags together?

Can I have Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tags set up in my source code at the same time?

I'm working on a site hosted on HubSpot, if that makes any difference. What happens if I install GA tag in my source code and set up GTM from Hubspots's tracking integrations options, for example?
