Google My Business ranking dropped

Hi, my directory listing has been listed as top for many months but we uploaded 6 new listings and suddenly we dropped ranks.

Any idea what caused the drop in ranking? And how do I bring it back up?

The companies that is ranked above us didn’t update their listings, reviews, opening hours etc but they’re still ranked higher than us
