I was just wondering if there is a way to sell my website for the best price possible. If so, where, how, and when is the best time to do so?
What I'm looking for specifically is which website(s) are recommended and have the best reputation and which did you have the best experience with?
What did your process look like?
Is there a specific time when blog prices are raised?
Now, to give you a little information about what I'm trying to sell. I am trying to sell a blog in the prepping industry (one of the highest valued industries because of its high RPMs and 99%+ American visitors). I have almost 80 QUALITY content assets (paid stock footage and videos and about 2000 words on average of human-made content). That gets 15-25k visitors a month with a domain authority of 10(I haven't done any link building whatsoever). Additionally, I have built large Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, and Instagram following, adding up to 5000+ total followers.
I am currently making about $150 from ads and $110 from affiliates every month.
I have no idea how much this is worth. I worked on this website myself for about 10 months as my go-to hobby. I am hoping to sell this asset for $15-20k, but I know very little about selling blogs, so maybe you can tell me another price range.
