SERanking is taking into account noindexed pages

As the title says, I started working for an SEO company that uses SERankings and I just realize the software takes into account pages that are not even indexed in Google.

Why is this important?

These pages are turning 404 errors and negatively affecting the site´s SEO score. My bosses want me to address this issue because it´s a pain in the butt having to explain to clients the technical aspects as to why they are NOT getting a 90+ score.

So, is there someone here experienced with SERanking that can guide me on how to address this issue?

Also, the software is showing some image issues in regards to weight but, in the report, it says those images are <100Kb but, when downloading them they are actually a lot heavier.

Like, for example, in one image, in particular, it says it´s 86.9Kb but it´s actually an 8.6MB (lol, right?

These images are actually animated gif so it will be a pain in the butt to optimize them but, I am more concerned with SERanking picking noindexed pages and affecting the SEO score...Thoughts?
