The right specialist for the job

To employers who need and want to hire Internet professionals and job titles from this area are unclear. I, Philipp Boyd Berlin, would like to help exactly these company bosses to find the right "manager" for the corresponding task, because I often noticed that often job advertisements expect completely unreal job requirements in the wrong titling which is in the nature of things, because many such professions are quite new and always new specialties are added such as the Salesforce Manager / what should that be? This profession does not exist, although it is clear what is actually meant, if you know the system provider Salesforce. But, there is no recognized certification for it. However, I am more concerned with the professional world of my segment.

"Online Marketing Manager" is an independent professional title and has standardized parameters that can be recognized by the state with the appropriate advanced training and/or studies. This profession has nothing at all to do with SEO / search engine optimization since the online marketing manager does not necessarily have to have in-depth SEO expertise because that is not his field and strictly speaking not even adjacent. SEO and the specialist required for it is to be completely demarcated from online marketing topics. Likewise, the content manager, as well as an e-commerce manager does not need to have SEO expertise because this is not part of the job. Content managers should be good at creating texts that are as user-oriented as possible, and the e-commerce manager should be able to maintain the webshop, as this is exactly what his title requires. Often I noticed in countless job postings of this and similar kind that so-called "egg-laying sows" are sought because tasks were mixed. For example, an online marketing manager with SEO expertise who also has to cover Facebook and x other topics and create landing pages ... you have to bake as a company boss himself because such professionals do not exist or Marc Zuckerberg, Bill Gates or Steve Jobs are called and are not looking for a job.

If it is about programming and/or similar concerns, you need a programmer; backend and/or frontend developer, or also called web designer.

Only one job title requires as much internet expertise as possible in as many areas as possible, because it should be the link to ensure communication to all individual areas, etc.

Exactly this one occupation is exactly my occupation and unites nearly all above-mentioned specialized knowledge in a job description - the Social Media manager, which is reduced by job advertisements very gladly on that on Facebook -, Twitter - and Istragram - activities and is to provide Web texts, although exactly only with this Social Media manager among other things also SEO specialized knowledge is to be found.

If you like, exactly the well-trained Social Media Manager would be the "egg-laying wool-milk sow" which is looked for, because only he must cover several specialist areas. A social media manager can also be used as an online marketing manager or as an SEO manager in the best case. The reverse is usually not the case.
