I tried finding this information online and I end up getting the same information. "What is a pillar page and cluster topics? And how you can make the most of it!" pretty much.
And while I'm getting a better idea of it, what matters after that is being able to apply it. I understand that doing this benefits incredibly to driving traffic because of the search engines algorithm. However, whenever I've seen examples it is all for tech companies. I've never seen an example of a pillar page and cluster content for a blog that WASN'T something to do with marketing and other tech industry blogs (except The Atlantic).
I've begun working on this blog for a limousine company. For them, it's not just about selling their limousines or cars. They want bigger than that. So what I'm thinking is the blog will be about travel and experiences.
But I'm not quite sure how to structure this since I haven't been able to see how it's done.
I've been trying to get ideas for this, and I have one idea for a pillar page and if I expand into this, I'll probably hold a brainstorming sesh...
But is it worth it? Or I guess more like is this doable for this topic? And is "travel and entertainment" too broad?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
