Which keywords to target? Please confirm.

Hi guys,

I have some experience with SEO however just wanted to confirm the criteria pertaining to which keywords to target.

Here is my list, however, please correct it as I want to go all out on this new project. I need to prioritize which keywords to build SEO for first.

I will target keywords based on these criteria:

• High purchase intent
• Long-tail keywords with low competition.
• High volume keywords with low-medium compeittion.

What else should I consider while selecting target keywords?
