Canonical Tags on Landing Pages

Hi Guys,

I have created a Landing Page(No index, nofollow) and I'm confused if I should link it using canonical to my main website page which has almost similar content or should I self reference the landing page.

Will linking a nofollow landing page to the main website impact the ranking?

Can someone help me figure this out?
