The idea behind this strategy is to give local businesses a shoutout to receive a link back.
Client: Vegan Nutritionist
We started creating blogs with "5 must-try vegan restaurants in <City Name>"
Started approaching the restaurants mentioned in the blog and congratulated them on making it in the top list of best restaurants in <City Name> as per <Client Name>.
If they would like, they can share the same on their social media or use the attached banner anywhere on their site to link back to our blog.
We sent a nice graphic in the mail which says, "Voted as top 5 Vegan Restaurant in <City Name> by <Client Name>.
Some of them put the banner permanently in the footer of their sites, and others give a shoutout on their social media, which is again good coverage from a similar community.
It's also great to make some positive connections in the Industry which opens up future collaborations.
