I seem to really be struggling to find a good company or person that can really help me with what I'm looking for. I've posted on upwork.com only to find many using fake reviews and just overall making me feel uncomfortable.
I've looked online as well but it's almost impossible to vouch for anyone. How does one go about finding a good SEO project manager/company? What strategies, if any do you use in hiring or finding one?
