Guest Posts - are dofollow links a problem?

Hi all,

I know links in guest posts should be nofollow and anyway I've only written one guest post + accepted one on my blog. So Google shouldn't think I have some sort of a problematic link-building strategy going on. But the thing is, the guest post I wrote last week has one link to my blog and I asked the owner of the blog to make it nofollow several times. Now she changed it, but I can see that it's currently half dofollow and half nofollow. I mean like "red" is dofollow and "dit.com" is nofollow. Should I care about this? Am I even responsible for links that are not on my site in Google's eyes? I feel like a complete idiot whining about the same link every few days, but also I don't want to endanger my blog, since Google has been known to have a problem with even one single bad link before.
