Is there any good ranking checking tool that helps with competitor rankings as well?

Hi, The tool I was using previously ($25 to $30 for 300 keywords) has been shut and I am struggling to get a good tool at a reasonable price. Please suggest some websites where we can get this done.

Also, competitor analysis will be good to have features.
