From what I understand - it's best to create a custom HTML site over anything else regarding page speed and what not however I wanted to make sure I provide a clear roadmap for the future of the website surrounding SEO to my developer. For example, if we were to use WordPress and wanted to install SEO plugins (Yoast) isn't given much high regard unless you're doing a small project.
What are the best things to mention to a developer who might not be the best for SEO but can at least help create the roadmap we're looking for with heavy SEO implementation down the line? Are there things specifically you would mention to make sure the website has?
