Hello guys

After thorough research about the structure of an Article for AM, I came across Miles Beckers Youtube videos. In a video, he suggested that while creating an article about "Best knives" the <H2>'s should be the following :

<H2>Utility Knife

<H3>Celebrity 2

My question:

Is this type of structure of <H2> and <H3>'s come under best practices?
Is there a better way to do it?
I use Ahrefs and was wondering if I should follow this structured method OR should I do research for every <H2> and <H3>'s I put in the article?
