How to Fix Discovered, Not Indexed in GSC?

Hi Folks!

I have a newish site that’s around 9 months old. There are about 35 posted, a couple of which are ranking on page one and getting steady traffic.

However, about half of the posts, and almost all of the new ones are showing in GSC as discovered but not indexed.

What can I do to get Google indexing more of my new posts?
