There was a failed startup from 2009 that has some coverage and impressive links (product hunt, etc) and they failed in 2010. I have now started a startup with the same name, but the bad links are killing what google thinks our company is.... The unfortunate thing, is that some of the blogs which have published about the failed name with the failed website, haven't been published on since 2015 or later, and aren't responding to my request to remove them... is there anything I can do? Or any advice you have??
