According To The Screaming Frog Tool, My H1 Is Being Overwritten By The Page Title

*I am not a professional, still learning, so please forgive me for anything incorrect that I may say*

I audited my site using Screaming Frog - which is recommended pretty frequently as far as I can tell. According to the tool, my page titles are being displayed as H1's instead of the H1's I specifically optimized.

My question is: Is there any way for me to represent the intended H1 rather than the page title without removing the page title?

Any other tools I can use to check whether this is just a Screaming Frog issue?
