Google is not showing my title tag currently

I have my title tag written as

computer help lessons & repair Cowichan technology tutors

but Google is showing it as

computer repairs Duncan BC Cowichan technology tutors

Any suggestions on why Google is having a hard time reading my title tag? Thank you in advanced
