Newbie: Needing a little help... AMP/Mobile Site Speed

I am trying to optimize my mobile (AMP) PageSpeed because of a really high bouncerate from mobile users. After evaluating on PageSpeed it says that my site takes 2.8s to load.

What I need help with is understanding why optimizations I've made for my desktop site (loading in 0.8s). I have put the results of my most recent scan's suggestions:

1.Eliminate render-blocking resources 0.57s

2.Minify JavaScript 0.15s

3.Enable text compression 0.15 s

4.Minimize main-thread work 5.0s

I just noticed it also says "Script Evaluation 2,991 ms"

Can someone help with how to achieve these solely for AMP sites?
