What are we missing in our SEO approach?

I co-founded an education technology company, and our SEO strategy for our web application has been the following:

What we've implemented:

- Solid meta-description, meta-title, meta-images on all pages

- Mobile friendliness and fast load times

- Header tags on the page

- Alt tags on all <img>

- Schema and Google Search Console setup

- /sitemap.xml, /manifest.json, /robots.txt

- http to https 301 redirection

- Solid blog with dynamic metas, bot readability

What we're missing:

- Moz, Ahrefs, AuthorityLabs keyword analysis

- Influencer reachout

- Backlinks from high ranking website

- Consistent high quality blog posts

- Guest blogging on other sites
