Can you rank an awesome article without Backlinks? An article with the best content and on point On Page SEO but with no budget for backlinks and new site can it be ranked?

My site is new. I do not have money or contacts with big sites nor I’m an Off Page SEO expert but my content is Original, On point, full of relevant and Useful information, How can I rank it? Yes I’m sharing it on social media, but how can it make to the first page of Google? By No budget, I mean monetary and access to guest posting or succeeding in convincing other big sites to give me a backlink. Thanks in Advance
