I am extremely knowledge in technical SEO from audits to on page optimization, off page optimization, linkbuilding, page titles, H1s, structured data markup, hierachy, image optimization, anchor text, keyword research, HTML, CSS, 301 redirects, redirect chains, and much much more.
But I simply get turned down from every agency I interview at. And it's finally dawning on me...at all of these places I don't think I have once seen a female employee. Am I just a minority in SEO, or is there a gender bias at the bottom of this?
