Ok, probably an odd topic. My closing involves getting on a call, going through a presentation, demystifying SEO, and laying out a clear strategy. This is the point where they'd hire me or not.
In my Utopia idea universe, all business is done over text communication and I don't have to prepare a presentation for each potential client. Maybe unrealistic, maybe not.
So, I'm curious. Do all of the deals you close happen over the phone/skype/some-calling-service? Or are your deals closed through text-based communication?
