Can you markup GMB reviews? I know in Google’s guidelines it states:
- “Ratings must be sourced directly from users.”
- “Sites must collect ratings information directly from users and not from other sites.”
Is Google referring to reviews collected outside of their own platform? And if they mean we have to source reviews DIRECTLY from the user, eg via email, how could they possibly approve something than can be so easily manipulated and spammed by the site owner?
