I'm running a small website design agency from almost last 2 years and 1 month back I purchased a new domain because I liked that and wanted to expand my business into video production so, I purchased that domain for this purpose. But I didn't have the website so, in meantime I redirected to my current web design agency website.
But now someone who might owned that domain previously (I don't even knew) comes to my Facebook page. Reviewed badly and said I'm scam and fake and stealing my clients marketing ideas and domains. I asked him politely, have I ever worked with you? He didn't answered the question but told me you have 30 days to return the domain and using these words again and again (Scam and Fake).
Again I asked the same question and he replied, " My friend (my website name), you called us to offer your services knowing what we do. OUR BUSINESS IS (MY NEW DOMAIN). Not you.
We will make sure you don’t make a dime using our domain.
YOU LOW CLASS PIECE OF SHIT. "
He is talking about services I offered but I never tried to call someone and offered my services. Especially not to him!
Now, I don't know what to do. He is keep spamming my Facebook page and not stopping. I believe a person have almost 1 or 2 months to renew his domain if it expires and after that it available for buying for everybody. If he was the previous owner than he had time to renew his domain and if I purchased this than it belongs to me because I paid for that and he has no right to talk trash on my profile.
But he is not stopping please help what should I do now?
