Crawling and Indexing after 301 redirects.

I have made a 301 redirect from Site A to Site B.

Site B has contents and in google search console. For better results

1) I should submit Site B sitemap again or 2 Sign up for Google Search Console for Site A. (Site A does not have any contents)
