I have a question about 2 high traffic product pages but ones out of stock

I have two high organic ranking product pages. One of the products is never coming back in stock but the page stays up.

Should I keep it and write something to say check out this other product?

Or should I 301 redirect it to the other high traffic product page, to get the traffic and link juice?
