So I am handling my college technical fest website this year and I want to rank at least on 1st page if not 1st rank of Google for keyword 'Titiksha.' Right now it's on the second page. Things I have done so far:
- Optimize the site for speed.
- Optimize heading and stuff I heard from the internet.
- Since the domain was a sub-domain, I got another domain and sent an application to faculty to host this new domain as well.
Right now the domain is titiksha.smvdu.ac.in and I purchased titiksha.tech, I wanted titiksha.org or com but there are unavailable. The difficulty of the keyword shouldn't be that high. New domain should be linked tomorrow and I was thinking of purchasing backlinks from Fiverr but I heard negative reviews on this forum about that.
I am thinking of creating a Wikipedia page for the fest and linking domain there.
Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.
