Site is not crawling from last month

Hello Everyone,

I need some help and suggetions from all the respected persons....please help me here

My concern is that I'm working on a site from last 8 month....everything goes fine till 6 month after that ranking of some keyword changed....so I've again started working on those keyword...but in these keywords....not getting positive changes instead of that ranking goes down.....

So I've start uploading new content....and the result is that if I update 4 content in 3 week only 2 content indexed rest 2 are not.....as well as I also submit indexing request too many times on search console but no means and what I've checked the mostly page are crawled on 6th october after that not crawled while request has been submitted many times.....I'm here hopless ....please suggest some way so I can get my ranking back
