How can I get better at writing SEO friendly articles

Hello guys, I'm from Turkey and I write SEO friendly articles for a technology website. I do okay for now. I can write in a quality that is expected from me but I'm only good at doing what is expected from me. I want to and need to get better at this. So in order to do that I'm open to any advice you guys can give me. But I also have a few questions.

  • Is a longer text always better? Or at some point does Google say that its too long?
  • I write my articles in Turkish. So I need to use a lot of suffix (Like reeeaaaaaly a lot) . Do suffixes affect the quality of the keyword?
  • I hate using sentences like "click to see bla bla bla" in Meta Description. It feels too artifical to me. Would be great if you guys can give me a advices to get my readers clicking my article. -Featured Snippet is hard to get but is also one hell of a thing. What advices can you give me about getting this? Apart from creating a list of what is in the content under a headline.

Last of all: I understand that it can be hard to give advices for an article that is going to be written in a language one doesn't know but any help is appreciated. Thank you!
