Hello,
I run an authority link outreach agency that doesn't use traditional methods - we use custom outreach to score authority links from relevant sites (almost like PR style outreach for clients).
Most of the process is outsourced and has a process, but when it comes to sending custom pitches to website owners once we've emailed them, I'm doing most of the work.
Need someone who understands SEO, backlinks, and most importantly, how to pitch something the recipient will actually be interested in.
Any suggestions for interview questions to gauge their knowledge of SEO, link building, and outreach?
Super important that they:
- Understand how to communicate effectively
- Know how to pitch their targets something they'll actually want
- Good negotiator
Any suggestions are welcome, need to hire soon!
