I have two questions about Google Search Console: how do you filter out irrelevant keywords from affecting the average position, and what is a 'good' average CTR?

We are a small business operating since last year and we have very good organic traffic but I have some questions about the average position shown on the Performance page. When I export the keywords, we rank very poorly in some irrelevant keywords. For example, we rank something like 90 if someone searches something that we don't really need to appear for. But doesn't that position have an impact on the average position? If yes, how do you filter those out? Manually exporting the keywords and reading through all, removing them and then averaging the ones left? That sounds very tedious and not scalable to me.

We have an average CTR of 2.6% which I think it's pretty low but I think it's because we rank for very irrelevant keywords. Is this good? What do you think?
