I will come to an agreement with an SEO. Is there a specific term for this situation?

First of all, sorry for my grammar mistakes. I am going to reach an agreement with an SEO because I have an APP that has given about € 700 per month for 3 months but is now giving only € 100. This SEO tells me that it is capable of pushing my APP beyond that € 700, keeping 50% of the profits.

But I want to add a clause to the contract: if it does not exceed € 100 per month, that month the profits will not be shared. I want it that way because if in the end he doesn't get it, by contract I would be obliged to give him € 50 of the € 100 I earn per month without him having achieved anything.

Is there a technical term for that clause? Do you think it is fair to include it in the contract? Thank you so much! :)
