Keyword drop ranking once I stop social sharing

I have 6-7 keywords that are ranked between 10-80 positions. But they rank until I share any of my blog posts to Facebook groups or social bookmarking sites. As soon as I stop sharing, they vanish with in 2 days. Any ideas
