Keyword I'm Trying to Rank for is Showing On Google Search Console But Can't Be Found Anywhere When Looking Through Search Results

Hey all,

I have this keyword that I've been trying to rank for this past month. It has some competition, but nothing impossible. The keyword isn't long-tail and rather is more of a topic-based keyword. Think something along the lines of a keyword "white collar shirts" but less competitive.

Anyways, today I checked GSC and it says I've been consistently moving up the rankings for this keyword. There hasn't been any gaps in my rankings on GSC. However, when I search for my site on the results page for this particular keyword, I can't find it anywhere!

I've had issues with this before, but it's usually when I'm just starting out. My site has been around for more than a year now and is pretty authoritative. Has anyone experienced this anomaly before and can it be explained? If so, does anyone have any insight on how it can be fixed?
