How Google determine Fraud /Invalid Clicks in Google Ads?

I wonder how Google ads works to consider a click as a Fraud or Invalid click.

One of my client getting too many invalid clicks, i am not sure when and how google ads treat the Ad click is Invalid clicks

Kindly let me know the scenarios
