SEMRush Link Building Emails not coming through

Hey guys,

My company recently picked up SEMRush and whilst it is absolutely a phenomenal tool, the one issue I am having at the moment is to do with the link building side of things.

I had to change the email associated with the link building tool from the company's to mine and now I have yet to receive a single email, not even any automated ones despite the fact that before the change we saw tons of automated replies along with a few real ones. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do I go about fixing it?
