I used to work with Whitespark in the past but lately their service is just AWFUL, half of the citations I'm paying for are "pending" and they never bother to check the status of them, it's possible that I just throw half of the cost to the trash and nobody knows.
Their reports are not as organized as they used to be, I can't see how many left to order for that location, customer service is not as fast and easy to work with as it used to be with Brianna.
And to pay with PayPal feels like buying drugs in the street because their website isn't integrated with that anymore...
So I need your help finding a good provider that won't waste my money or my time, just do things well the first time.
