All link building efforts are unnatural and the internet is swarming with people begging... pitching others for a link.
It's time consuming and/or v expensive to do well, with no guarantees that you'll be able to build x links per month for your client.
I stopped doing link building a while ago for clients, I laid out my reasons why and instead explained the importance of content and going the slow, steady route.
We of course, take part in collaboration opportunities when they come to us and for some clients, do keep an eye on HARO. However, overall we mainly count on our content garnering natural links albeit at a much slower pace.
I was wondering if any other SEO professionals also choose not to do link building?
