Does changing the verb tense change the keyword?

Here's an example keyword: "Why does my cat follow me around?" Now, if I tried to create an article on this, I cannot use just "Why does my cat follow me around?".

Something much better would be like "10 curious reasons why your cat follows you around." But, if I do that, the keyword is a little bit different... - I use "follows you" instead of "follows me", I don't use "does" etc.

So how does that affect SEO? Can I still rank for that keyword, or not?
