Move popular blog posts to another website. Duplicate content?

I started a blog a few years ago. Only a handful of posts gain visitors. I am tired of that website/ domain name and started a new blog.

How to transfer those popular posts to the new website without having issues with duplicate content etc?

Is publish (including some edits) and delete sufficient?
