I am making a detailed excel sheet to track my rankings before and after each post update.
All of my data is coming from GSC, and to be honest, it can be a bit confusing at times.
GSC data regarding the position of a URL in search results is very numerical, which is good. But I am trying to understand, for example, what a position of 4.1 means for a URL that appears to be ranking on position 0 or 1 when I do the search myself in incognito mode.
