I need a professional. Embarking on a name change and new site. (UK retail)

I am at a bit of a loss on how to find someone to help us. I am the director of a family-based business and we've just decided on a new company name, and are working on our new brand identity.

Our current website is quite dated, not very technically astute and just needs throwing in the bin, really.

We are a packaging wholesaler. Link on request.

I need someone who can guide us through the rebrand, name change and new website. I just don't know how to find someone that is reputable. This is a family business and I need to get the correct balance of white / grey hat. There is simply too much at stake if the work completed ends up getting us banned from google. I know this is unlikely, but still..

I have been in touch with a few SEO professionals but they are currently booked up. I do not know where else to look.

Does anyone know of a place where I can state the project brief and have some people to choose from?

What I need is the following:

• Wordpress / Woocommerce experience
• UK based individual / self employed
• Experience in our sector preferable
• Able to guide us with keyword research, competitor analysis
• Link building
• site speed
• mobile
• creating a template, or guide on how we should structure our blog posts and product pages
• Answer any questions we may have from time-to-time
• Be professionally insured

Initially, this would be to help us with our new site - making sure we do it right. We may have to resort to using a decent template to begin with but we are ok with that. Once the new site is built and launched there will be ongoing work too.

We have recently hired a marketing manager and have outsourced the product photography, so we want to make a decent effort at this.
